DYNAMO is a hosting and partner organisation in the New Horizons Leadership Programme (NHLP), led by Cirkus Syd by Baltic Nordic Circus Network in 2020-2021.

The project aims to support the growing contemporary circus scene and enable emerging professionals to develop their leadership capabilities. As producers, project managers, tour managers, or board members, the NHLP participants will emerge as stronger leaders in the field. 

NHLP Fellows in DYNAMO

As a hosting organisation, DYNAMO welcomes two emerging circus leaders in individual mobility stays for three weeks. In this time, the NHLP fellows work on their respective development goals, while learning about DYNAMO as an organisation and cultural institution.

Emma Langmoen – January 2021

Emma performs, creates and produces contemporary circus with the companies Acting for Climate and Oslo Nysirkus. During her stay at DYNAMO, Emma focused on how her own practice can contribute to the developing of a strong, sustainable and just future of circus. Elena Nechiporenko

Elena is a circus artist and head of Contemporary Circus Association (Lithuania). Her stay with us is upcoming in Spring 2021.
