Pitch your production at DYNAMO Circus Festival Brancheseminar d. 18. juni 2025!

At this edition of DYNAMO Brancheseminar, we are organising a pitch session for companies and artists who have recently or will soon premiere a contemporary circus production in Denmark. The pitching project must be expected to have premiere in 2025/early 2026 and to be touring in the seasons 26/27 and 27/28 in Denmark. Expected participants at the pitch sessions are theater associations and venues in Denmark, bookers/programmers, artistic directors, producers, and more. See the full programme here.

PRACTICAL INFO

WHERE: DYNAMO Circus Festival Brancheseminar, Odense
WHEN: Wednesday 18th June 2025
WHO: Artists and companies with touring-ready productions in Denmark in season 26/27 and 27/28
WHAT: Contemporary circus & performing arts, regardless of audience type.
HOW: The individual pitches are not followed by a Q&A but a networking session is organised for individual dialogue between artists and programmers present.
DURATION OF PITCH: 6 minutes incl. video presentation or other.
FORMAT: Personal presentation with supporting video/photo material (at least one high-res photo mandatory)

PITCHING ARTISTS WILL RECEIVE

TIME to present their project – 6 minutes
OPPORTUNITY to pitch their performance for being programmed/booked in Denmark.
SUPPORT – technical support during pitch; selected projects will be announced on our website and a brochure will be printed for the event
FESTIVAL PASS to the rest of DYNAMO Circus Festival
LUNCH 

IMPORTANT DATES

DEADLINE to submit a project through the Open Call – 13th May 2025
RESPONSE – 16th May 2025 (List of selected pitching projects is published online)
PHOTO/VIDEO SUBMISSION – 22nd May 2025

TERMS / SELECTION CRITERIA

DYNAMO will review all submissions and assess them according to the following criteria: eligibility per the information shared in this call. We may not be able to accommodate all submitted projects, due to a limited number of timeslots for the session. A curated selection will be made to ensure a diverse and balanced programme.
