Pause & Flow is a partner acrobatics performance that captures the everyday moments that are fleeting and easily overlooked, yet carry profound meaning.

The performance invites audiences to reflect on the significance of life’s moments. It explores emotions and human relationships while highlighting the small fragments of beauty and joy found in everyday life.
