An honest conversation about doubt, stage fright, and the art of daring.

Is courage the absence of fear? Or is it the ability to act even when fear is present?

Most artists know the feeling: stage fright backstage, the fear of failure, of being reviewed, rejected, or forgotten. They feel it in their bodies—the musician before the first note, the comedian in the silence before the first joke, and the visual artist when the doors open for the exhibition opening.

We see our artistic idols step into the spotlight; they seem so confident… are they fearless? Or have they found a way to manage their fear and live with it?

We invite artists dealing with vastly different kinds of fear to an honest conversation about everything we rarely see: the final five minutes before the curtain rises, the rituals, the doubt, the adrenaline, and the small strategies that make it possible to go out there anyway.
