We meet a shabby and slightly dysfunctional circus company in Grand Danois. Home is where the worn-out circus wagon, Lotte, is rolled into the ditch for the night. The dream is to restore the grandeur of the circus tent and travel the world to applause and excitement. But the question arises – is the journey as important as the destination?
