Når det slipper løs (Quand ça lâche) brings the audience into a universe where gravity, tension, and movement dictate every moment.
We follow a character who steps into Cirque Emboîté’s mysterious box. He discovers the movements of the objects and a mechanical logic which, through his gaze, transforms into a living world that speaks to him.
But is he really listening? In his attempts to control it, his powerlessness over the forces that govern his surroundings is instead revealed.
Cirque Emboîté is created by juggler Johan Stockmar. Using cigar-box juggling, he explores how analogue systems and simple objects can come to life on stage.
Stay after the performance – there are circus games for children, and you can buy a hot portion of child-friendly vegetarian bolognese.
