Company Half In is doing a residency in DYNAMO as part of the Nordic/Baltic Residencies programme at DYNAMO. The artists will work on their performance O U T.

About the performance

O U T explores, and invites the audience to discover, the infinite possibilities of buckets. On the ground and in the air; with different shapes, sizes, and materials.

Buckets act as characters and scenography tools. Half In looks at the space with a different eye. They travel in the space with their duo trapeze and different installations. The two artists create an absurd universe where fragility and playfulness are central. The energy travels, transforms and is shared. This piece wants to be free, moving and disturbing by times. This ensemble creates a world of connections, complicity, full of suspension and release.

About the company

Half In company is a newly formed circus company based in Sweden. It has at the moment two members, Sébastien Klink and Morgane Stäheli. They have been practicing duo trapeze; their main discipline; for six years. The two members are originally from Switzerland, they have studied circus two years in the Netherland before moving to Sweden. They obtained their bachelor in Circus Arts at SKH (DOCH) where they graduated in spring 2022.

The residency is supported by Nordic Culture Point – Funding for Artists Residencies, Odense Kommune, and Statens Kunstfond.
