A funny and grotesque story about the individual’s struggle to put the mobile phone away.

We live in the age of acceleration, where progress and constant motion are at their peak. What is more urgent (yet so unthinkable) than to stop and stand still for a moment?

GOING NOWHERE is a humorous contemporary circus performance that experiments with body percussion, visual theater and acrobatic dance. It portrays the individual’s struggle to regain calm, focus and immersion in their life. It opens up a universe that, with its own inexplicable logic, reflects on the critical attention crisis we find ourselves in – and what it does to us as people.

The performance is co-produced by DYNAMO with support from the Danish Arts Foundation and Odense Municipality.
