About

There is an intriguing figure on stage—it bears a striking resemblance to the recognizable style of the artist Kvium.

In the performance Kvium’s Figures Move Me – But How Do They Move?, the audience is invited into a space of playful, light movements within this unique interpretation of Kvium’s artistic universe.

As the performance unfolds, more and more dancers join in, experimenting with their modes of expression through the act of dressing and undressing. They imitate the figure on stage—does it move, too?

Figures are born and meet amidst what can best be described as music that is not exactly sweet.

The music is entirely by Carl Nielsen, ranging from his popular, well-known songs to his high-culture violin concerto.

The performance is presented in collaboration with Teater Momentum. Plays at Momentum
