In collaboration with Log Ladies, we invite you to join a woodworking workshop for anyone curious about building, using power tools, and connecting with others in a creative community!
This workshop is part of Log Ladies’ ongoing work to create better access to the crafts sector – especially for women, trans, and non-binary people – but everyone is welcome, regardless of gender, experience, or background.
We’re looking for 10 enthusiastic participants to take part in a three-day workshop, where you’ll become part of a fantastic team designing and building atmospheric and scenographic elements for the upcoming DYNAMO Circus Festival.
The workshop focuses on hands-on knowledge sharing in woodworking, working with timber, and using power tools – but just as much on community, connection, and new friendships.
No experience? No problem – all you need is the desire to learn!
Dates:
Monday 26th May kl. 15.00 – 16.30: Open to everyone; Lecture on Inclusion and diversity in the woodworking sector (in English/Danish*) + Introduction with registered participants (in English/Danish*)
Thursday 29th May kl. 13.00 – 19.00: Workshop Day 1 (In Danish/English*)
Friday 30th May kl. 13.00 – 19.00: Workshop Day 2 (In Danish/English*)
*The language of the event depends on the participants. English-speaking participants are welcome!
Participation is free of charge, but we expect that you attend all 3 workshop days. Dinner is provided.
