Ticket info
With a festival ticket, you will receive a wristband at the festival site/ticket desk, as well as seat reservations for the shows, you want to see.
Access to the performances is done by presenting your seat reservation at the door or at the performance site.
You can buy tickets online or at the festival site / ticket desk, as long as there are tickets available.
TICKET AND INFO DESK
The ticket desk is open at the festival site every day of the festival:
Wednesday 18/6: kl. 15.00 – 21.00
Thursday 19/6: kl. 14.00 – 21.00
Friday 20/6: kl. 13.00 – 23.00
Saturday 21/6: kl. 12.00 – 22.00
The ticket desk receives payment in cash (Danish currency), by card and by Mobile Pay.
A pop-up ticket desk is open at the Circus Tents Site one hour before the first show. Come in good time if you plan to buy your tickets here.

Ticket types
You can experience DYNAMO Circus Festival with different types of ticket:
Partout Ticket/Festival Pass: gives access to all performances and events at the festival, indoors and outdoors, including concerts, for the four festival days.
Day ticket: gives access to all performances and events taking place on the respective day.
Tickets for individual performances will be released in June.
All ticket types can be bought with a discount, if you are buying as/for a student, a young person under 25 years old, a child under 15 years old, a professional in the sector of circus and performing arts.
You can also buy a discounted family partout ticket (2 adults and 2-4 kids).
Health-care companions can have a free ticket, with a valid festival ticket for the person they accompany. Book the free ticket by writing an email at ticket@dynamoworkspace.dk
Refund policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, as is customary with live performance events. However, if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to pass your ticket on to a friend or family member—just make sure they bring a copy of the ticket with them. In case of a show cancellation (which is rare), we will notify ticket holders and provide options accordingly.

Our seats are not numbered, and they do not have arm-rests.

Festival with kids
In addition to performances, there are plenty of activities for children at DYNAMO Circus Festival. There is a circus playground, roller disco, creative workshops and much more. And as a family you have the opportunity to buy family tickets with a discount for 2 adults and 2-4 children, which gives access to all performances.
If you are not in the mood for a long program, you can also buy a single ticket to the large teleperformances or the performances in the open air.
first time at the festival
The festival takes place on Byens Ø (the main festival site) and on the Tysklandkaj quay (the Circus Tents site).

Make sure you consult the programme and allow enough time to walk between the two sites (ca. 10 minutes walk).
At the main festival site you will find our outdoors and indoors bars, our food truck, outdoors activities, the circus playground, the circus cinema, the outdoors lounge tent and our cosy indoors cafe and lounge.
At the Circus Tents site you will find the two circus tents, a smaller bar and pop-up food vendor, which open an hour before the tent shows and during the break between the shows.

FIRST TIME IN A BIG TOP CIRCUS TENT?
Attending a performance in a circus tent is a unique experience, and there are also some practical aspects we thought you should know:
- To allow for as many people as possible to see the performance, the seats are not numbered and may not have back-rest and may not be cushioned.
- Food and drinks are allowed in the circus tents as long as it does not disturb the performances
- The temperatures inside may vary, so dress in layers and according to the day’s temperature.
- Exiting the tent may take a while, so if you have mobility issues or need to come out during the performance, consider sitting next to the exit
- Toilets are located outside the tents (check signs for accessibility)
- You may need to hold smaller kids on your lap, for better visibility.
- Lines can form when the audience is let in the tent, so to help us start the show on time, please arrive in good time.
parking
There is Apcoa parking on Byens Ø – free of charge for 3 hours, with a parking clock.
Please note the parking is at the end of the island, and you will have to walk back to reach the festival site and the circus tent site.
ACCESSIBILITY
All spaces at the festival are accessible with wheelchairs and mobility aids. Refer to the usher at the door or the info desk if you need further assistance. Baby strollers are not allowed in the indoor performing spaces, including tents.
Seats are not numbered and chairs do not have arm-rests.
Access with service animals (animals trained to perform a specific service or set of services for differently abled people) is allowed, upon confirmation with the Ticket/Info desk.
Information on trigger warnings in the performances is available on the website, under each performance if found necessary.
